Welcome, and thank you for visiting this website. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using this site and working with me, Mara F. Müller, as a coaching client.
1. Services Offered
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
2. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked via Zcal.com.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed clearly before you confirm a session.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.

If I need to cancel, I’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a new time.
4. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. I will never share your personal information or session content unless required by law.
5. Your Responsibilities

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being at all times.

Please ensure you have a quiet, private space for online sessions.
6. Limitation of Liability
While I bring deep presence and care to my work, I do not make guarantees about outcomes. You agree to take full responsibility for your experience and results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, resources) is the property of Mara F. Müller unless stated otherwise. Please don’t reproduce it without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled under Spanish jurisdiction.
