About Me

My Full Story

For many years, I felt like something in me wasn’t working.

Over time, I began to understand what was happening.
I could see my patterns, analyze them, and explain them.

But I couldn’t change them.

I lived in a constant loop of self-pressure, guilt, people-pleasing, and a deep sense of not being enough. Patterns that, without realizing it, had led me to stay in a narcissistically abusive relationship for years and that, even after I finally left, kept taking their toll on my body: nearly three years of extreme fatigue that took everything from me. All of this while completing my PhD — maintaining the appearance of functioning, of performing, while inside everything was falling apart.

And on top of that, I judged myself for not being able to get out of it.

Over time, I came to understand that the problem wasn't a lack of self-awareness.

It was that I was trying to change from the mind patterns that lived in the body.

Codependency, people-pleasing, constant mental control, self-demand, perfectionism — these weren't character flaws. They were forms of protection the nervous system had learned. And no book, no insight, could undo them without including the body.

This led me to explore a different way of relating to myself.
A slower, deeper, more compassionate way.

Along the way, I trained as a Wayfinder Life Coach certified by the ICF with Martha Beck, grounded in the analytical background my PhD in biology gave me. I also integrated parts work (IFS-inspired) and nervous system regulation, which today are at the heart of how I work.

In short, I learned to listen to the body.

To understand the parts of me that were activating. To see that behind every pattern, there was a form of protection.

And little by little, something began to shift.

Today, I feel more grounded within myself.
More connected, more present, more aligned with who I am.

Not because I no longer experience fear or insecurity,
but because I now know how to be with myself when they arise.

And I know, firsthand, that there is a way out.

This is the path I now share.

I support people who understand what’s happening inside them, but don’t know how to change it,  by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where the body can relax, and real change can begin.
