Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services

Welcome, and thank you for visiting this website. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using this site and working with me, Mara F. Müller, as a coaching client.

1. Services Offered

​

I offer individual somatic coaching sessions, both online and in person, for people who understand their patterns but struggle to create lasting change. Together, we work with the body, the nervous system, and inner parts to create the conditions that make change possible.

​

Available services include:

  • Discovery Call (online)

  • 1:1 Online Somatic Coaching Sessions

  • 1:1 In-Person Somatic Coaching Sessions

 

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Booking and Payment

​

  • Sessions are booked through the online booking system available on this website.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed clearly before you confirm a session.

  • Payment is made securely during the booking process through the available payment methods. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full. If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

  • If I need to cancel, I’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a new time.

  • Coaching packages are valid for 4 months (4-session package) or 10 months (8-session package) from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first session has taken place. If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

4. Confidentiality

​

All sessions are strictly confidential. I will never share your personal information or session content unless required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.

​

5. Your Responsibilities

​

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being at all times.

  • Please ensure you have a quiet, private space for online sessions.

  • There is no need to prepare anything before a session or to know exactly what you want to work on. We will begin from where you are and work at the pace of your nervous system.

6. Discovery Calls

​

Discovery Calls are free, introductory conversations designed to explore whether working together feels like a good fit. They do not create any obligation to continue with coaching.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

While I bring deep presence and care to my work, I do not make guarantees about outcomes. You agree to take full responsibility for your experience and results.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All content on this site (text, images, resources) is the property of Mara F. Müller unless stated otherwise. Please don’t reproduce it without permission.

​

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled under Spanish jurisdiction.

​

10. Languages

 

​Sessions are available in Catalan, Spanish, English, and German.

​
