And deep down, you judge yourself for not being able to change it.

It’s not that you’re incapable

It’s that change doesn’t happen just by understanding things with your mind.

You may have been told that if you change your thoughts, you’ll change your reality.

 

And while that can sometimes help, often it’s not enough.

Because many of these patterns don’t start in your thoughts.

They come from your nervous system and from inner parts that once learned to protect you.

 

And when your body doesn’t feel safe, your mind will keep generating the same thoughts and behaviors, again and again.

That’s why, without including the body,

real change can feel so difficult.

How I Work

I work from a deep somatic coaching approach,
inspired by the Wayfinder coaching model (Martha Beck inc), parts work, and nervous system regulation,
always respecting your pace and your experience.

 

This is not about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself in a way that allows change to happen.

My name is Mara. I hold a PhD in Biology and am trained in the ICF-accredited Wayfinder coaching model by Martha Beck. My approach also integrates inner parts work and nervous system regulation, grounded in years of personal exploration and practice.

For many years, I lived what you may be experiencing now.

Until I understood that real change happens when we include the body.
