This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel or reschedule sessions, as well as our procedures in the event of a cancellation on our part.
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by You

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend a session, will result in a full charge for the session.
2. Cancellation by Me
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
